Information we collect

What we collect and why

When you call us, email us, or use the booking form on our Contact page, we collect the details you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of your water or the service you need. We use this only to answer your request, schedule water testing or service, prepare quotes, carry out the work, and follow up afterwards.

Our booking form is provided by ScheduleDrop, a third-party scheduling service, which processes the information you enter on our behalf. One of our water-report pages includes an embedded YouTube video; YouTube may set its own cookies if you play it.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

How we handle it

Sharing, retention, and security

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as scheduling and communication tools), when needed to complete work you asked for, or when the law requires it.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide service, honor warranties, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, although no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This website is meant for adults arranging home water services and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. If you live in California, you may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, correct, and delete your information and not to be treated differently for using these rights.

To make a request or ask about this policy, call us at (949) 793-7185 or email hello@irvinewaterfiltration.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law allows.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
